I was in the waiting area the whole time I set up the B123 service for my car and when I made the appointment I told them I would be waiting. When I checked in with one of the service women, I set up the B123 service for my car and when I made the appointment I told them I would be waiting. When I checked in with one of the service women, I confirmed I would be waiting. She gave me a sheet of paper with time estimates and the wireless password. I was supposed to have an update at 9:30. I was working and at 10 had no update. I asked another service person who came out to update another customer. My service person came out and said he was told I left and needed a call. He said he called me. I had not received a call. Turned out he called my husband who was in a meeting. We have corrected the phone number every single time we have gone in for service. Every single time they get it wrong. If I had not checked in, who knows how long I would have sat there. At least the wireless worked well. More

Poor Service I had parts ordered, called them back to schedule and never received a call back following my voicemail. When I called yeaterday the receptionist was rude and unprofessional over the phone, along with the gentleman that called me back. I have had issues before and the main reason of why I did not add a service package to my lease this time around. If it weren't for Steve Ault I would not have a Acura do to the service issues with service department. More

Battery replacement My battery unexpectedly died (which is always the case, right?) I was able to get the car started and took it to Acura Columbus with no appointment a My battery unexpectedly died (which is always the case, right?) I was able to get the car started and took it to Acura Columbus with no appointment at about 4:30. They got me in right away and replaced the battery quickly. I was out in under about an hour. Great service! More

Jami Meredith saved you all If it wasn’t for jami, this place service is horrible! Staff is totally rude and unhelpful, my max was given in because the paint was peeling off the If it wasn’t for jami, this place service is horrible! Staff is totally rude and unhelpful, my max was given in because the paint was peeling off the top, as the car is totally painted, they bring it back to the dealership, they were working on the parking lot at Acura. Some how the asphalt got over sprayed on too my car! I go to picked it up after jami left, go to the Custer service desk their was Annie unhelpful, rude. I had explained to her what was on my car, so I told her I will take my car out like this! I had asked her to take my keys back and keep them I’ll call jami the next day to follow up with her, she denies to take my keys back, she said take them with you. Practically put me on my own and didn’t want to help me! Then I talked to Francesco and his sale floor manager, showed them both what was on my car. They both rubbed it on my car. It started to smear! Manager was telling me go to car wash it will come out. Then manager quoted you brought the car like that into service! I was so pissed at them, they practically told me take the car and your on own! I ending up taking my keys and left the car at dealer, couple days later I called jami and told her what was going on and she went outside to the car and said it’s over sprayed by asphalt company! I had to then come 30 miles to drop my keys off again! Because Annie was rude and didn’t want to take my keys back! Overall the staff I worked with is unprofessional except jami! She took my car to a buffing company got all that smear asphalt off! More
