I had reached out to another Mazda Dealership within 10 miles from this location, and just by speaking with her over the phone or should I say, "she never listen to the type of vehicle (CX-5) that I wanted; not knowing that I am in the Hospitality Business. Never received a warm and friendly welcome or a professional conversation, so I just release the call. Downsize and Upgraded OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get the best deal I could and although it wasn't quite where it needed to be, Janell assured me she can work with my trade in and credit score. Less than a day after speaking to her, I'm driving out of the dealership with a Brand New Mazda 3 which was exactly what I was looking for. Janell was a pleasure to work with, even going as far as watching my 18 mo old daughter while we finished up the paperwork with Debbie in finance who was also a great help. Even Larry was helpful in welcoming us and getting us to where we needed to be. I truly appreciate the professionalism and experience at Tustin (OC) Mazda. Keep up the great work you guys. More
