The lack of professionalism of this employee is unbelievable. He takes after the general manager, Jared Dively wo is unfit for his role. It just goes to show how a poor leader can impact other employees. He will raise his voice and disrespect customers. His attitude and personality bring shame to the VW brand. There's no need for disrespect, you're in a service role. I can say, I have personal relationships with other employees of the dealership and can vouch for them, but I cannot recommend Lakeland VW based solely on the downfalls of this individual. He lacks customer service skills and needs training. More

My brother wet there to see if can get car he saw on there website. The salesperson told him they only have they won't have that one and tried to shove him into the most expensive modal. Was told service would take 1-1 1/2 hours when set up appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and that a loaner should have been set up when making the appointment which he was the one that set up the appointment. Per the VW emission settlement any repair over 3 hours a loaner is to provided. Repair took until the following day. Never going to return to this location would not recommend. If you do you have to go to this location do not use service advisor Jeff Perard he has no customer service skills and talks down to the customers. Jared asked for an email explaining the issues almost a week later with no response. More
