Wonderful service for a difficult problem After completing my 60000 maintenance checkup at my Boston area Dealership I left the following Sunday for Cape Cod. Half way down I experienced a total breakdown of my hybrid sytem on my 2010 Toyota Prius III and found that I had no acceleration. The dashboard was lit up with all sorts of warnings and I was left wondering whether or not to pull over and call AAA. It was raining and getting late so I chose to keep going until the car gave up. Somehow I managed to go the next 40 miles to my house on the Cape by driving very carefully and slowly. Thank heavens there were not that many cars on the road. I called Falmouth Toyota the next day and they said it was OK to bring the car in. Once you enter the team goes to work to get the car inspected and diagnosed while you wait in a nicely appointed waiting room complete with snacks, TV, and magazines. They told me that I had a problem and would need new parts that they had to order. I had to leave my car there until the car was fixed. They gave a Prius V loaner to use in the interiem which I loved because I have been debating about getting a new car and I have loved the fact that I was able to test drive a 2018 Prius. Five days later the dealership called me and to my complete surprise, they did not charge me a cent!!! Who does that lately??? The entire Falmouth Toyota team was professional and coordinated and I highly recommend Falmouth Toyota no matter what type of car you drive. I can't tell you how many of my friends I have told this story to. A couple of them own Lexus cars and in the past have had poor experiences with another Toyota Dealership on the Cape. Because there is no 'Lexus' Dealership on the entire Cape, Falmouth Toyota ought to use the good will derived from its satisfied Toyota owners to promote its Lexus service. Because my experience was so very good I will always go the distance to return to Falmouth Toyota for service and/or for a new car when I am ready. PJ Garrity More

Outstanding customer service I bought my first (new) RAV4 from Falmouth Toyota in 2007. I recently purchased a used 2015 RAV4 from Falmouth Toyota once again. When I expressed an I bought my first (new) RAV4 from Falmouth Toyota in 2007. I recently purchased a used 2015 RAV4 from Falmouth Toyota once again. When I expressed an interest that I might be ready to purchase a car, Jared sent me to Coby. I wasn't quite ready. Coby answered all my questions and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was ready, I made an appointment with Coby and he once again very patiently answered all my questions. He showed me a number of cars in my price range and then we took it for a test drive. A few days later when I went to pick it up, Coby went over all the features of the car. He paired my phone to the Bluetooth in my car. He also showed me how to set up my favorite radio stations. Since this car has a lot more options than my previous car, he went over everything with me, and said if I have any questions at all to call or come in. in 2007, a friend referred me to Falmouth Toyota. He said they are the most trustworthy and have the best reputation of any car dealership around. He was absolutely correct. As far as the maintenance department, I completely trust Jared and the entire team. I have had nothing but positive experiences. They treat everyone with respect and explain in detail why something may need to be repaired or.replaced. Again, no pressure. If anyone asks, I always recommend them to Falmouth Toyota. I know they are honest and they value their customers. At this point, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! More

Emergency repair that surpasses expectations We were scheduled to leave for a trip to Chicago near the end of June. Of course as luck would have it the check engine light came on in our older mo We were scheduled to leave for a trip to Chicago near the end of June. Of course as luck would have it the check engine light came on in our older model Toyota Sienna on the morning of the day we were planning to leave. My schedule was very tight that day given that we were picking up my daughter from a summer camp that morning in Milton, MA. My immediate thought and fear was that we would have to postpone our road trip. I called Jared Neves at Falmouth Toyota to discuss my situation. Jared and I have worked together before and I have always found him to be extremely professional and experienced when it comes to servicing our vehicles. At first he suggested I drop by so that he could give it a quick code read to determine the issue. I explained to him that it was easier said then done because I was over an hour away. So he suggested I go to a nearby auto supply store that could provide a code reading for my check engine light. We were hopeful that it might be something easy to fix like tightening the gas cap. However, after calling him with the code he indicated that it was not going to be an easy fix. Basically there was a knock sensor sensor that was indicating a high output which was not good for the vehicle, especially one that was going to be used for a 2,000 mile trip. Knowing my desire to leave that evening for Chicago he suggested that if I was able to get the vehicle to him by early afternoon that he would get me back on the road by closing time. Jared was good to his word and I was back on the road by 6 PM. I did have to wait a few hours for the repairs because the mechanic discovered that the issue was being caused by a coolant leak from a bypass plate which also needed repairing in addition to the knock control sensor. However, during that time Jared kept me updated through the whole process and even offered me a loaner vehicle so that I could run out and do some errands with my daughter. Jared, the mechanic that serviced our van, Maureen at the loaner desk and the entire Falmouth Toyota team surpassed my expectations that day. They made me feel welcome and appreciated when they could have easily told me they were too busy to schedule us so late in the day. My family and I greatly appreciate all that the entire Falmouth Toyota Family does for us every time we work with them. More

Fantastic Dealership! I have purchased many vehicles from Falmouth Toyota, with financing and always new. My experience with the Sales, Management, Finance, and the Service I have purchased many vehicles from Falmouth Toyota, with financing and always new. My experience with the Sales, Management, Finance, and the Service department has been nothing less than Outstanding. I recently bought another vehicle and started with one Salesman and ended the transaction with Gio (Gianpiero). Gio was very professional, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He went over my new vehicle and made sure I had understood everything before he continued onto the next item. His laid back demeanor is great for Falmouth Toyota and their customers! He is an Outstanding Salesman! Thank you, Gio! Amy Killoran went above and beyond! The vehicle I was interested in was not in the lot, Amy found what I was looking for, and in 2 days, I was driving away in my new vehicle! Thank you, Amy. Ian Nixon was very thorough and patient while he explained all the financing information. He made that process very easy for me. Thank you, Ian! During the test drive, I noticed that the SUV did not sound “normal to me.” I went over to the Service Department and Jared and a few others (I did not get their names), were extremely helpful! They explained to me about the Hybrid engines. The next day, Tony even went for a ride with me and explained the entire process of the Hybrid engine. Thank you, Tony! More

Not only does Falmouth Toyota keep up with notifying you of upcoming services needed, they follow up to remind you as well after you make the appointment. Service Department is like taking your vehicle to a five star hotel for cars! Very courteous and took time to break things down so I could understand the answers to all my questions. More
