When you go into a dealership, you know you're swimming into chummed waters. With that's said, the negotiation went as decent as anyone would expect it to trading in and buying a used car. We felt we were able to negotiate the almost ludacris first offer to something that was satisfactory. The only bad thing I could say is, after walking out, there were a couple defects that went unnoticed until after the fact. I suspected they would refuse to pay for the repairs but was hopeful that in today's day and age, they just might uphold their high rankings and reviews. Unfortunately, they did not. Other negatives; the promise of a complimentary oil change and fluid top off didn't occur, or they did but didn't reset the oil calibration. The detail was mediocre at best. More
