All went well except Jason didn't hear that I wanted the tires balanced as well as rotated and we had to wait again while they took the tires back off and balanced them. I’ve had my Corolla for years and I know that they will keep it going for as long as I can safely go for all car services and everything car related. I had an outstanding experience with Joel Kitchen and Brent Brown service department. I had an unexpected service need because the splash guard under my car was coming loose and hanging down. I drove to Brent Brown service department. I had an unexpected service need because the splash guard under my car was coming loose and hanging down. I drove to the service department and was able to get help right away. Joel treated me in a very kind and professional manner. The repair was made and my car was checked out for any other needs. Brent Brown called me for our first service on our '23 Rav4 and set up an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and we were not on their schedule for any service. After a little confusion in lin Rav4 and set up an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and we were not on their schedule for any service. After a little confusion in line, we backed out and parked to call and try to unravel the problem. We are in south Utah county and didn't want to have to drive back. The office couldn't resolve the issue on the phone so I walked into the service bay and met Jaron. In just a few minutes he set up the service and had us back in to drop off the car. Forty-five minutes later we picked up the car. I don't know how well scheduling the next service will go, but for that first service, Jaron saved the day for Toyota. More
