Didn't inspect my vehicle I brought my vehicle in for two recalls and a courtesy inspection. Upon my vehicle being finished I was told the inspection checks out and everything I brought my vehicle in for two recalls and a courtesy inspection. Upon my vehicle being finished I was told the inspection checks out and everything is okay! The only thing they recommend is a window regulator. Now let me get one thing clear here I've worked in the dealership industry in most aspects, including maintenance all the way to service advisor. For my service advisor to tell me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my 2007 X3 just shows me the inspecting technician is completely lazy and complacent. I can name probably 20+ things wrong with my car right now. I opted for the courtesy inspection to get a better understanding of anything that I potentially missed in my inspection. So for someone to tell me there is nothing wrong with my car either tells me the mechanic is a complete idiot or they didn't even inspect my car. I'm just going to go ahead and assume no one inspected my car. More

Stellar Customer Service Indeed! For the past 6 months I've been meaning to return to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I wanted to upgrade from my X1. Although life happened and I was For the past 6 months I've been meaning to return to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I wanted to upgrade from my X1. Although life happened and I was delayed and missed a few appointments, at no time did NayColle's attention to me or interest in me waiver. I spoke with her a week ago and told her exactly what I was looking for. By the time I finally made it in this past Wednesday evening near 6pm, although she was already gone for the day, without hesitation she came right back in so she could attend to me. As if that wasn't impressive enough, considering she wasn't expecting me, in no time she had two perfect X2's for me to see and test drive. Her upbeat personality and professionalism were a joy and her ability to make the process a smooth one appreciated. Within 2 hours, I got the best packaged deal literally and figuratively! NayColle even came in on her day off the next day to ensure i was 100% satisfied. Honestly, I felt like I had a dream team there at BMW of Sarasota and would also like to thank Jasmine, Robert, and Caz because they all had my best interest at heart. I also want to say a special thank you to Mr. Victor Young for running such a stellar and reputable organization. Appreciated him personally speaking with me both times I was there when he didn't have to. Thanks BMW of Sarasota for making me feel like family. I keep coming back and its because of all of you!
