While deciding which make and model and then which specific car I was going to buy, I went to probably 5 dealerships in total and none of them treated me as well as I was treated here. David L. is a great sales rep. He came out and greeted me during my initial visit, gave me tons of information about various models Kia has, about different buying/leasing options, and about the general process at Summit Place Kia too. He followed up with me as I requested, but not more than I requested (unlike other dealers who either left me hanging or never returned my calls or seemed to call/email/text me every day). He understood that I owned my own business and that time is precious so he made sure to make the most of it when I had it. When it came time to make my purchase, I went back to David and got it done with him and help from another of the sales team, Michael G., when I had questions while David had to step away to help another customer. Michael was also super informative, friendly, and helpful like David, and didn't seem to mind one bit helping out his colleague, so I'm confident that I can say you'll be able to get great service from the whole sales team too, no matter who helps you find your next ride. P.s. Even the finance people are great here! This was my first time buying a used car at a dealership, so I even had questions for that part too. Ken V. came over and personally explained the options I had with various banks. He was very patient, understanding, and got me a great rate, all the while chuckling a bit over my small competition with a friend about who ended up with the best rate. More
