What can you say. When you have management, and staff that ACTUALLY believe in customer satisfaction, you get a company like DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. I’ve given them great reviews in the past, and I have no problem giving them a great review now. We all know the price of gas, tolls, and everything else, so me driving an hour to use DCH says it all. They hit a home run again. So in my opinion, the best Toyota dealer in the Hudson valley by far is DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota hands down. They will be who I choose for all my Toyota needs. Not only do they explain everything in detail, they listen to your concerns and make sure you are completely satisfied, from beginning to end. Me personally, the members I’ve dealt with didn’t make me feel like just another customer, they made me feel like a valued customer. Again I can go anywhere even closer to my home, but I chose to go to DCH. Fantastic Job. More
