This dealership is like none I've ever seen. My daughter and I purchased her first car from Toyota of Cleveland. It was a 2016 Chevrolet Sonic. Beautiful car inside and out. Within a few days it began to ha and I purchased her first car from Toyota of Cleveland. It was a 2016 Chevrolet Sonic. Beautiful car inside and out. Within a few days it began to have engine troubles, one after another. Most dealerships would have said too bad it was a used car with no warranty. Not Toyota of Cleveland. Over a 4 month period of time it was back to the dealership to repair various problems about 6 times which would normally have cost me several thousand dollars. Toyota of Cleveland never charged me a penny and provided me with a nice loaner car each time. Finally, after coming to the conclusion that this particular car just had some inherent problems that may never be able to be remedied, the dealership (Justin) offered to buy the car back and even refunded my daughter's down payment in addition to paying off the loan! They are presently looking for another car that will meet my daughter's needs. Toyota of Cleveland is now MY car dealership because I've never been treated so well from any other. Thank you for all your hard work Keith and for working with me to buy the car back and even continuing to search for another car for my daughter Justin. You are both AWESOME! More
