Zero Stars I have gone to this dealership a few times now.....so this review is not just based on one experience. All my experiences have been AWFUL. I definit I have gone to this dealership a few times now.....so this review is not just based on one experience. All my experiences have been AWFUL. I definitely will not be going back because I have given this dealership way too many chances. The wait time is long and they are extremely overpriced. I have been having an issue with my wheels and it has taken MONTHS to get a call back and a resolution. I went direct to Mopar to report this dealer and to handle myself. At Jack Phelan they will be so nice and promise you the world when you buy the car there.....but when you come back to get the car serviced be prepared to be ignored and overcharged. I recommend you walk around your car to make sure there is no damage before leaving.....even if there is they will say it was there before you go there. More

someone from service damaged my work van I left my vehicle for in warranty major repair for almost two months( because they couldn't get the parts) and someone from service stuff damage it. Rick Hiller promised to show me the video surveillance from dealership but later said he will not do it.They never fix my van -they just declined .Horrible dealership ,horrible experience. More
