This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and no one has a MX-5 or seems interested in selling me one around here. Flood is was one of 2 dealerships between dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and no one has a MX-5 or seems interested in selling me one around here. Flood is was one of 2 dealerships between PA and Maine that had the spec car I wanted and the other dealership never replied to my inquiry. It's very much a sellers market and they could have made things difficult for me but they treated me like royalty. From the first phone call Jason Palmari was awesome. I expressed interest in the car online late Monday night and he called me early Tuesday morning on his day off to get the process started. He didn't try to sell me on anything extra, got me a fair rate on the loan and I was able to pay the down payment over the phone and he was happy to hold the car for me for over a week until I was ready to pick it up. He sent me pictures of the car, they put it up in the display lift so no one could mess with it. I was supposed to pick up the car on a Saturday but my ride fell through. Jason helped me figure out I could take a train up and was happy to pick me up at the station. He showed up early and was happy to wait for me even though my train was delayed for over an hour. I told him I wouldn't mind the $15 uber from the station but he insisted he's a man of his word and waited. Everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership, I just needed to sign a few papers and I had my car and was on the road home in about half an hour. At one point in the process I was a little anxious this was too good to be true but the other reviews here reassured me that this is just an exceptional business, not like any of the dealerships near me. I also have to note there weren't any robocalls or automated emails with no human on the other end like the dealerships around me. I'm still getting spam calls from local dealerships who don't even want to sell me a MX-5. Thank you Jason for helping me get my dream car! More

I recently bought a new Mazda CX-5 at Flood Mazda. My first contact was a phone call with Jason Palmer. Jason clearly understood what I was looking for in a new car and set up a time for me to come My first contact was a phone call with Jason Palmer. Jason clearly understood what I was looking for in a new car and set up a time for me to come to the dealership to test drive some vehicles. It was easy to tell how much Jason likes people and he was a great listener when it came to me explaining my needs and wants. He was there to greet my husband and I when we arrived at the dealership and then introduced us to Lucas Segura in Sales who shepherded us through the selection and sales process. Lucas is a bright and personable young man and a joy to work with. He accommodated every one of my requests which made the final agreement extremely easy and fair. Finally Cody Harvey, the finance director, made the purchase and loan process one of the easiest I ever experienced. All in all, Flood Mazda made my new car purchase a joy. Thank you! More
