bad business practices went in for oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while rotation on my 2023 armada. they did not rotate tires which cost me more time. I had to physically watch them to make sure they performed task. while watching i heard the tech say next he’s gona remove the marks that i had to make on tires to ensure tire rotation to avoid having to do work that they are charging customers. very unprofessional. i was very disappointed that you can’t even take your nissan to the nissan dealership to keep up with the maintenance for a vehicle i paid 70000 dollars for very sad i also had my two children with me which is the only reason i bought the car to ensure their safety and to see the techs so non caring towards careers they chose deeply saddens me. not only will i never go back this has been a problem at this dealership for years lots of years. any how i hope they get their stuff together and hope its not a reflection of the management that overlooks operations there. so so sad to see i love nissan and when i see that it breaks my heart. More
