Ron and the whole Gateway crew were great to work with through the whole experience of ordering a new truck! We were notified when the build request was approved, when the build started, and when the truck was loaded on transport for delivery. There was no point in the process where we were not kept up to date. When the truck was ready to be picked up Ron, the finance guys and everyone else made the process painless. All our questions were answered, paperwork went fast and they went over all of the features and helped set up everything. Ron and all the other employees were friendly, listened to what we were looking for, gave us the pros and cons of everything and we’re all around great to work with. More
