From the moment I sent out a request, my sales representative Oliver Lippman was on it. Financing was easy and they put on the table some pretty competitive pricing, I just couldn’t say know based on the vehicle they had available. It was too good and offer. Oliver was a wealth of knowledge when it came to explaining the vehicle history from front to back. Oliver was also exceedingly kind and literally the coolest guy you could meet at a dealership. As a Black Women it is not easy shopping for a vehicle. Thus far my experiences can often be dismissive or even worse - condescending. This team here at Owings Mills was incredible, everyone made me feel like I was right at home with family. From Kolo who patiently walk me through all of my finance options to Kyle and Rachel who entertained me, also shoutout to Jason! There are many more I can't recall their names, but I am grateful to have met this team and I am now a lifelong customer. There is no way you can find this level of service at most dealerships in the Washington DC area; I am still feeling the love from the MileOne Family. I had a horrible experience at another MB dealer (Catonsville) 2 years ago and went to MB Owings Mills and had a great experience buying my first MB. Now I needed to buy my second MB, so I came back with high expectations. Kyle surprised me happily and Owings Mills will be my go to MB dealership as long as I don't move out of this area.
