While the initial sales process was easy and straightforward, the finalization of the transaction has been a nightmare. The finance team is disorganized and non-responsive. I have waited more than one month for any details regarding an overpayment of my previous vehicle's lien. The Sales Manager, Bart Fox, is incapable of straightforward business dealings. Hiding behind the delays in the system and failing to examine this matter based upon the facts, I remain completely in the dark regarding moneys owed to me. This is my third vehicle purchased from the Criswell family of dealerships and it will be my last. More

I have bought many vehicles over the years from several dealerships. I found Criswell Chevrolet almost thirty Years ago. Every purchase I have ever made there (almost 20 vehicles) has been excellent. I pas dealerships. I found Criswell Chevrolet almost thirty Years ago. Every purchase I have ever made there (almost 20 vehicles) has been excellent. I pass over six Chevrolet dealerships every day going to and from work, but I drive forty five minutes out of the way to go to Criswell Chevrolet and it is worth it every time. Sales People, Service People and other employees have been pleasant to deal with and have gone out of their way for my families needs.
