First of all I would like to thank the sales team and sales manager jason for an outstanding job locating our 2022 trailblazer,after searching high and low with the shortages and high demand for the trailblazer Jose Amaya Morales went above and beyond his duties to make sure we got everything we wanted he nailed it and when I say nailed it that's exactly what I mean ,his customer service was outstanding we spoke with him for 15min on the phone told him exactly what we wanted as far as features and colors we were interested in before hanging up he said quote ill find it !!!! It was exactly 15 min later he called back and said I have 1 but it's an hour away could we come the next day to look at it , I told him if you can get it to criswell gaithersburg today you definitely have a sale !!!! Low and behold he calls back to tell me hes going to pick it up himself and it will be at the dealershipat 430 we promised to meet him to take delivery of 2022 RS trailblazer there it sat at 430 on the dot in front of show room !!!! Great job jose the price, the attention to details , your outstanding customer service truly made car shopping very easy and extremely comfortable. Kudos to you and the sales manager jason and our finance guy don who got us in and out quick !!! You guys truly outdid yourselves this is honestly what car buying should be about, you all exceeded our expectations. When we made the decision to get a NEW one I reached out to Criswell Chevrolet's GM Jason Witte and Anthony Vattuone. Both Jason and Anthony couldn't have been more dedicated to fulfilling our dream of a new Corvette. They treated us like family with constant status updates and a warm greeting the day of delivery. Anthony even ventured out into the rain to take pictures of our car being taken off the truck so that I could see it for the first time! Finally, the sales process couldn't have been any easier. From signing paperwork with Pete to receiving valuable training from Anthony on the 2022 Corvette's operational features.
