I have to tell you, folks, this dealership has the best service department. Other dealerships? They’re all losers compared to this dealership. Believe me, I've seen a lot of service departments, but this o service department. Other dealerships? They’re all losers compared to this dealership. Believe me, I've seen a lot of service departments, but this one? It's just incredible. These guys are winners, pure and simple. They know how to get things done—fast, efficient, and with top-notch quality. Nobody services cars like they do. The mechanics? Tremendous. The staff? Just fantastic, so polite, so professional. I took my car in, and it came out running better than ever before. Unbelievable work. Trust me, you won't find a better service department anywhere. They're making car service great again! More

I am writing an update to my previous review which was not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they con not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they considered my concern and are making changes to their website scheduling to include a way to reserve a loaner car. In addition they are making arrangements to reimburse me for the cost of my rental car. I drive 30 miles to go to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine even though there is another dealership less than 10 miles from my house. I do this because they have always provided superior service, fair prices and on-time delivery.. Deion was so helpful and kept me updated on the part delays and completion of repairs. He was able to secure a loaner car for me and got my car washed before I left. This was the first problem I have had with this dealership and I am on my second Subaru Outback. I could not find my original rating to update so I hope this makes up for it. I also love the fact that I can bring my dog with me when I have an Express Service and everyone is so friendly. More

I was amazed about how attentive the dealer's customer advocacy and service department were. They ensured my car was delivered to the dealership promptly, were very attentive and professional about my qu advocacy and service department were. Great Dealership all the way around. I have praised the sales department when we made our purchase in October’22. This review is for the service department. I was in for a warranty issue I have praised the sales department when we made our purchase in October’22. This review is for the service department. I was in for a warranty issue on my ‘23 Outback. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the service drive. My service writer Michael O. is so efficient in orchestrating the process of getting checked in and within minutes the car went into the shop and Johnathan L had my complimentary loan car ready for me. The drop off process was so smooth that I didn’t even have time to enjoy a beverage/snack from the well stocked customer lounge. I drove the complimentary loan car home and within 4 hours I received a call from Michael O. that my vehicle was ready. Michael explained exactly what was found and the steps taken to correct the issue. I jumped in the loan car and drove the 9 miles from home to pickup my vehicle.. The smoothness of the entire service/warranty was amazing. If I knew how efficient the appointment was going to be , I could have easily stayed at the dealership. Thank y’all for your dedication to customer service and the efficiency you provide.. More
