Arrived at my scheduled appointment 8am. Reported in to Brian , it would be done by 10am.At 8:55 went across the street for a cup of coffee and noticed my car parked across from the garage. When I finished in the coffee shop 15 minutes later I headed back . Again noticed my car in the same spot not moved. Went over to the car and noticed it was running, driver side window open and keys in the coffee holder. Nobody around at all!!! Went in to Brian who shrugged his shoulders and asked do you want to cancel. Absolutely! Walked out to the car door opened not locked and drove away . I would appreciate the service manager to call . Never again . Hey Bob Kenny how about a call! More
