I’ve had a great experience with sales (Joseph) and with service advisors, Marco and Jean. However, I’ve lost trust in the service department. I I’ve had four services done since I purchased Since my car - on the first service they scratched my rim. on the second and fourth They did not rotate the tires as I requested and was required by the service interval, they even documented it was done on my receipt. This makes me wonder if the service was even done. I will try another dealer service department for my next service. More
