My car was towed in for a flat tire that I got late at night, and by mid morning the tire was fixed and I had my first oil change taken care of for me. The service was seamless and very responsive. I’ve consistently had issues with service at Acura Pines ever since purchasing my lease. During the lease period, I felt the customer service was much better more responsive and reliable. Unfortunately, tha ever since purchasing my lease. During the lease period, I felt the customer service was much better more responsive and reliable. Unfortunately, that changed once I officially bought the vehicle. One of the ongoing frustrations has been with my email on file. At one point, it was removed, and I specifically asked to have it updated so I could receive service coupons. Yet when I went to pay for an oil change, the cashier told me there was still no email attached to my account. I brought this up with my service advisor again but this wasn’t the first time I had to ask. It’s disappointing when something that simple keeps being overlooked. I also requested quotes for a dashboard and AC piece and was told the information would be included in my paperwork. It wasn’t. No quotes were provided, and no one ever followed up. That alone made it feel like it wasn’t worth continuing to press for answers. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with the service here. I’ve given multiple chances even for small, basic things but I no longer feel like a valued customer. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. The level of service just isn’t what it used to be. More
