If I could give more than 5 stars, I would because that doesn't even come close to the exceptional service provided by Jeff, Lauren, and the rest of the staff at O'Daniel Mazda. From the second you wal doesn't even come close to the exceptional service provided by Jeff, Lauren, and the rest of the staff at O'Daniel Mazda. From the second you walk in you know you stepped foot at the right place. I was immediately greeted by Jeff, who went above & beyond every second of the process. He makes you feel at ease and there's truly no pressure at all, and you can feel that. After getting to know him, he makes you feel like an old friend versus strangers seconds ago. You can tell he truly enjoys his job and ensuring his customers only get the best experience possible, being very transparent and honest while professional at the same time! I would tell everyone I know to visit him for any car needs you may have because you'll never want to go anywhere else then! Lauren also helped make things a breeze with finalizing the purchase. She too, made you feel right at home and helped make it fun and never stressful. She also shared stories of her life and by the time I left she also felt like someone I had known before! Not only did they go through hoops for me, you can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do and where they work and it shows! Thank you again Jeff, Lauren and O'Daniel Mazda for getting me driving safely and in style! The only place you should go for a car! More
