This review is way over due, should of been done after each purchase, but my wife and I purchased a brand new 2021 Traverse RS (for her) in November 2021, and then in September of 2022, purchased a pre-ow each purchase, but my wife and I purchased a brand new 2021 Traverse RS (for her) in November 2021, and then in September of 2022, purchased a pre-owned Silverado RST (for me), and now September or 2023, our son purchased his first car a 2024 Trax Active. The Sales Team (Jared Nissin and Bryan Statler), the Finance Team (Terry Walizer and Jim Dietrich, Jr.) are absolutley TOP NOTCH. My wife and I have purchased from Wind Gap Chevy since 2003, when we purchased our 2003 Chevy Malibu LS. You know you mean something to the dealership when you are signing papers for your son's first new car and the owner (Jeff Baskin) makes it a point to come over and shake your hand and call you by your first name and make small talk, and he doesn't make you feel like a number, he made you feel like family. I would NOT go anywhere else, out first stop is always WIND GAP CHEVY. More
