They are horrendous, they don’t let you bring your lease back to any other dealership, so you have no choice but to go with them and their terrible sales people. Their sales managers are rude and they don’t care about you at all especially once you sign the papers and hand over the money. Went to pick up my car that was already paid for and I was early for my appointment and my two young daughters and I were stuck there for 3 hours just to sign papers, the vehicle wasn’t ready until almost 12:30 and my appointment was at 10:00. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with them, and yet I have no choice but to go there because of the monopoly they run. Do not bring your business there. And DO NOT bring your children there if you don’t want them to see you get disrespected and spoken to like a fool. If I could give zero stars to the dealership and employees, I would. You’d think after 6 years of business and loyalty they’d treat you right, WRONG!! More
