Quick, Honest & Easy After 11 years of purchasing from another Ford store outside of the D/FW metroplex, that relationship ended so I needed a new Ford dealership to purch After 11 years of purchasing from another Ford store outside of the D/FW metroplex, that relationship ended so I needed a new Ford dealership to purchase from as I purchase vehicles yearly. I made one phone call to 5 Star Ford NRH and asked to speak to the General Sales Manager. I was greeted by Jeff Crabtree over the phone and I began to tell him my history of how I like to purchase new Ford's every year and how my relationship with another Ford dealership had abruptly ended. Jeff was very sincere and LISTENED to my wants and requests. He met every one of them making this in all reality, the easiest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. My salesman, John Hilsinger, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had all my paperwork printed and ready prior to my arrival to the dealership to take delivery of my wife's new 2020 Ford Explorer ST. David Welch, finance manager, was extremely helpful in explaining all financing options and was very friendly. I cannot begin to tell you how easy this purchase was. I have now ordered a new 2020 Ford F-250 Platinum from 5 Star Ford NRH and expect it to arrive next month and will be returning to purchase this vehicle in the near future. Thank you all! A completely different and much more professional experience than trying to do the same at another 5-Star dealership in the meteoplex. Jesus in sales was also excellent in helping in the buy-out process without sales pressure. Great customer service!! Adam Ibarra in Parts fixed my key FOB as a courtesy when other dealer wanted $250 to replace it. More

Outstanding Used Car Folks I bought a used Prius from 5 Star. I had the misfortune of having a saftey related defect show up on the car shortly after driving it home. I came I bought a used Prius from 5 Star. I had the misfortune of having a saftey related defect show up on the car shortly after driving it home. I came back to Five Star ready for a stand off but was pleasantly surprised at being given the option of a repair or swapping to an equal value car. There were no other Prius available at that time, so I opted for a repair. Jim called me later that week and advised that the repair work revealed additional problems with the vehicle. I was frustrated but only for only a short time. This is when Jim presented me with the option of an even swap to a different Prius that just showed up on the lot. The Prius I was swapped into had much fewer miles, upgraded options and also was in better condition. Well done to Jim and the Five Star team for working hard to put things right with my used car purchase. I highly recommend Five Star for your next new or used car purchase. By the way the new Bullitt Mustangs are sweet....someday! More

They were able to quickly work a deal that I was very pleased with! Even though it was a Friday, I was not able to get there until almost 6PM, which meant they would have to stay late, I never heard a complaint. All members of the team were polite, and professional. More
