Over the years they have worked to improve relationships with their customers and I believe they have made great strides. My experience in buying my 2003 with Jeff Crabtree was a great experience. During the years Jeff was promoted and rightly so, and when I came in to help my daughter find the Ford she wanted, he introduced me to Mel Siebel. We had such a great experience with Mel that I bought a 2018 from him. The Fords I've owned were the best cars ever. I had them for 13 plus years. I loved each one and in my opinion, Ford is the best vehicle to own! Jeff and Mel.....you guys are the greatest. Being a female, your courtesy and professionalism was more than I expected but so greatly appreciated. Best to you both. More
