As a Sewell customer for nearly 25 years I was leery about venturing out to another dealer, much less one 200 miles away (I am from Dallas). But I found the vehicle I knew I wanted and submitted a request for information late on a Saturday afternoon. Jared quickly responded with information on the vehicle and within a couple hours, the deal was done. On Tuesday I flew to Houston and picked up the car. Pulling up to to the dealership I was struck by the size and number of vehicles. I am accustomed to big but this was impressively large. Once inside, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I get that customers are usually treated well, but this level of care and sincerity had a genuine feel. Nothing forced or performative. Jeff was excellent and friendly on the finance side. No pressure tactics and only what I wanted and needed. I appreciated that. I was on the road in under two hours headed back to Dallas. Great group of people to work with. Definitely recommend to my friends down in the Houston area. More

I purchased from out of state (Colorado) and flew in to Houston to purchase my vehicle. Randy was quick in response over email, text, and on the phone. I got all my questions answered ahead of time before Houston to purchase my vehicle. Randy was quick in response over email, text, and on the phone. I got all my questions answered ahead of time before booking a flight. When I arrived, Randy picked us up in the vehicle we were purchasing (he even took it through the carwash before he arrived) so that I could test drive it before heading back to the dealership for all the paperwork. While at the dealership, everyone was professional and kind and courteous. The general manager, David, even took time to chat with us for a bit and then gifted us some branded tumbler mugs to hold our beverages on the roadtrip back to Colorado. I could not have asked for abetter experience purchasing a preowned vehicle, especially from out of state! I'm very appreciative of everyone. More

As most of us know, buying a car can be pretty stressful…. However, this was quite honestly the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. We reserved a vehicle in December since I wanted a couple of op stressful…. However, this was quite honestly the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. We reserved a vehicle in December since I wanted a couple of options that were not available on anything in stock. We had expectations that we wouldn’t see a matching vehicle planned to be built by Lexus for at least a couple of months or more at the earliest. Jesse was very professional, forthcoming with all information and honest about the process. To my surprise, Jesse called to let me know they found one with just a couple weeks later! It was early enough in the process to be able to add or remove some options before the build process, so we made our choices. Little did I know that by end of January, my vehicle would be built, shipped and arrived at the dealership! Neither Jesse nor Jeff (financing) was pushy or tried to get us to add packages we weren’t interested in - just needed to make us aware of all options available. When we came in to sign paperwork and pick up my new RX350, there was no stress, no haggling, no crazy negotiations to deal with. It was smooth and not at all stressful. We were not rushed in and out, Jesse took the time to make sure we understood everything that we may need to know about the bells and whistles on the vehicle…. And made sure we had all of our questions answered before heading out with our purchase :) I would absolutely purchase from Northside Lexus again without question or concern. They are top notch! Highly recommend! More
