Their actions are consistent with a typical Corporate America where their true int We had a bad experience with the people of Sloane Toyota Glenside. Their actions are consistent with a typical Corporate America where their true intention is get your business and solicit a positive feedback to get their bonus. We are parents who want to reward our daughter with a $5,500 used car because our daughter did her end of the bargain by scoring high in her SAT and GPA. We’re happy to see the “particular” car that our daughter likes in Sloane Glenside and set an appointment on Feb 1st 10AM to check the car and complete the business. We discussed payment terms and we talked to our insurance to get a temp insurance card needed to complete the transaction. We are so excited since we don’t normally give our daughter material things but she loves to drive. Suddenly, Sloane called us 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let us know that they sold the car that we are supposed to buy and told us “that they have a lot of available cars that they can offer” …. what a bunch of xxxxx and they just exposed who they really are ---- a group of people that will do business with anybody to get they quota and solicit good feedback for their bonus. These group of people Sloane Glenside are there strictly for your business. Do your home work and be a smart buyer --- don’t expect Sloane Glenside to look for your welfare. SO BUYER BEWARE!!! More

Failed to submit for registration and I had to pay out of my own pocket for a DE temp tag so I wasn’t driving with expired tags. Terrible communication trying to get the issue resolved. Expected much better support after buying a $56k car. Recommend you shop elsewhere. More
