I think you guys are scam artists at the finest! You get someone into a truck that hasn’t even been to the shop! By doing this, you trick the buyer into thinking they are buying a good product. You give a 20 day plate and by the time the client gets the car, the plate is no good! You should look and service everything that comes in before selling it! You have horrible customer service and are filled with broken promises! We will never return! We also asked for the financing to only go through one company, and it went through 5 without our permission! More

Purchased a truck and had a slight misunderstanding during the paperwork process. The team a Tims worked to make it right. The sales experience was really good it went well everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is that there are several Rees fittings on the vehicle that don’t take grease. But sometimes things get overlooked and I understand that but when you’re using a piece of equipment or a truck is a piece of equipment to work with the fittings have to take grease I shouldn’t have to replace them all myself. So if they step up and fix that experience has been more than four-star experience I haven’t stopped by to talk to the service department yet or call them because I’ve been sick so all in all good More
