I will not recommend this dealership or come back because of Mr. Cavoto. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I did not want a SERVICE CONTRACT, but Mr. Cavoto would not let up about it even after I tol of Mr. Cavoto. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I told him I had to get my wife home for some meds that have to be taken on time but that did not matter to him. So after a while I told him OK, but then I get the paperwork out and could not believe what I saw. Since when do you have a service contract with 72 months and only 36000 miles. In other words I payed all that money for nothing. Normal Driving is 12000 to 15000 A year. my salesman was great I have only good things to say about him. I have thought about getting in touch with channel 7 NEWS to see what they say about this. Sorry but I do not like people or stores that take advantage of Customers. More

My salesperson was extremely courteous and helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The sales manager and the finance manager listened to my needs and worked very hard to secure the financing that worked for me. More
