We truly feel bad that you had such an experience. Our goal was to provide you with the complete opposite experience. I know when you originally purchased your car you left ecstatic with the experience you had here. You actually raved about what a great experience it was. This is what it is supposed to be like, we try very hard to give the best overall experience possible to any and all customers. We understood there was some questions with items on your car but we thought we had covered what we could? I cannot put my people in a position where they have to break the law or put them in harms way. We want you to be completely satisfied but there are limits to what we can do. I understand when a used car is purchased we all want it to be as new as possible but we cannot make everything brand new and sell them to you at the prices we do. We always make sure all of our units with over 100,000 miles are safe. Overall the unit you purchased had gone through service, checked out well and in great shape. Unfortunately some of your requests, as stated earlier, could not be met because we cannot put our people in bad situations We still want you to be happy so if you would like to discuss further please feel free to reach out to us when convenient for you.
