I moved from St. Petersburg up to Clearwater and I needed a place that would treat me right and do right by my car. Lokey is the best dealership I have ever encountered. It is worth leaving Tampa and going to. Clearwater for all of my automotive needs. Angelo Kastanis is awesome. Service is great. Lokey Moters is a first class operation. They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is truly satisfied. My sales associate, Aaron Cheeko did everything with in his power to make They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is truly satisfied. My sales associate, Aaron Cheeko did everything with in his power to make sure I was totally satisfied. He taught me how to navigate the interior of my new car's panel. It is rare in today's world to find a company that is Customer friendly. They provide coffee, water, pastry, sodas. I was treated like a queen. I am a lifetime Lokey Customer. More

The parts took way to long to come in. I understand that you can’t control shortages however when they come in I didn’t get my car back for two months. My wife would call and leave a messa I understand that you can’t control shortages however when they come in I didn’t get my car back for two months. My wife would call and leave a message looking for an update and no one would return calls. When I finally got my car back it wasn’t even clean I had to clean off the window where you wrote some kind of identification on who’s car it was. I would not recommend you to anyone nor will I ever use your service again. More

Had my honda accord in for front bumper replacement with new and painted, plus a mirror part. They took over 2 weeks on what wS supposed to be a 3 day job. Poor coordination within their shop between tear d new and painted, plus a mirror part. They took over 2 weeks on what wS supposed to be a 3 day job. Poor coordination within their shop between tear down, painting, reassembly, and then the morning it was due for pickup, still wasnt rady and I had to wait a couple hors in the area. Bumper looked ok, paid and started to leave and when I tried to adjust the electric mirror, it didnt move up/down which it had before. Had the shop mgr come out and he said to bring it back in a couple days when the tech was in. THEN, I decided to look closer at the bumper, and when I turned on the fog lights which are in the bumper, one of them was not working! Called the manager out again and je said 'guess we're not looking too good', which I agreed. Brought it back the next week and waited for it, fog light was a connection issue, but they claimed they couldnt fix the mirror - while they replaced a part on the mirror grom minor bump, it was working when I brought it in. Next stop was Honda to adjust sensor in the front grill/bumper - they could not calibrate it becuase the bracket was bent and not noticed by Nissan, even as that was the area the bumper was damaged. Left nessage for Nissan to call me about this, and they never did. This cost me another $1,000 at Honda as they needed to remove the new bumper to replace the sensor bracket. Wont use Nissan again. More
