Juljan's manager, Jeff, was also involved in ensuring the service went smoothly. He checked in on us and made sure everything was proceeding as expected, which added an extra layer of assurance. What also stood out was the exceptional customer care from Tomi, the sales manager. Despite having my 4-year-old child with me, Tomi and the team made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They periodically checked in on us, offered us water and snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture that made the wait much more pleasant. The service itself was completed in a very timely manner, and I left Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn with confidence in their expertise and gratitude for their exceptional customer service.
