This dealership found a oil leak in my car during an oil change. When I question what i read and brought my car back to have it looked at. They told me that they cleaned the oil plate and tighten up some sc change. When I question what i read and brought my car back to have it looked at. They told me that they cleaned the oil plate and tighten up some screws. And told me I didn't have a oil leak and sent me on my way. I took my car home I put a picec of card board down to see if I had an oil leak. The next day the card board was full of oil. Kia knew that there was a problem and did not what to correct the problem. I will never buy another car from a Kia dealership. I what to be clear I did not buy from Weston Kia. I went to Weston Kia for service and was lied to from the service department what was wrong with my car. It wasn't something I did to the car it was a manufacture problem they did not want to deal with. More

The staff is great. Service not so much. My 2006 Kia was there for 54 days waiting for a tire pressure sensor. I got tired of waiting and picked up car 6/8/20 drove it to Nolan tire across the street to fi there for 54 days waiting for a tire pressure sensor. I got tired of waiting and picked up car 6/8/20 drove it to Nolan tire across the street to find out my lug nuts on both rear tires were only hand tightened. Very dangerous. Nolan put all four sensors in. Planning to sell Kia and buy new vehicle but not at Weston. More
