Rafael and Hector were both wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Rafael was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. There was a bit of a delay and difficulty getting an update on the vehicle after my initial visit, but that's understandable for current circumstances. Jennifer helped me get ahold of someone after a week or so. Hector did discuss a lower interest rate without payment for 90 days, which didn't end up being the offer. Lisa in finance started off friendly, but was condescending when I declined to purchase an additional warranty, and then smirked and laughed when I didn't have a physical check on hand to pay the downpayment. In a digital age, this isn't necessarily a given! I asked if it was funny, and she said no. I had to go get a check and come back, which she made embarrassing when it didn't need to be. More

Brought my pickup in to get fixed and communication was friendly but somewhat lacking. It was difficult to get a straight answer on when it was going to be fixed. They did give me a rental pickup and one p friendly but somewhat lacking. It was difficult to get a straight answer on when it was going to be fixed. They did give me a rental pickup and one point put me in a hotel for the night. I ended up trading that pickup in for a Kia. I feel the salesmen tried to slide in a 700 dollar charge that was totally not necessary. I didn’t like this. More
