I am currently 50 years old and ever since I was a new driver, I have always driven new cars. As soon as they would hit 45,000 miles I was out looking to trade in for a new car, so I have dealt with SO ma driver, I have always driven new cars. As soon as they would hit 45,000 miles I was out looking to trade in for a new car, so I have dealt with SO many dealerships. When it came time to do my annual trade in, my mood would drop and I would feel grumpy before ever entering a dealership's parking lot. That all changed in 2017 when I drove into Gresham Weston Kia. I did my normal grumpy mood and defensive attitude thing at first. But quickly realized things were different at Gresham Weston Kia. For the first time, I tried a lease. I never had a dealership make me feel secure and safe trying a lease. It was a wonderful experience. My son was 20 and they even worked with us to get his name on the car due to his good credit and they talked to him about good credit and how to build it up even more and such. Credit counseling for my son? Who does that? I mean, that shows they care about people, too. It was so amazing. When it came time to turn our Kia Sportage in, they didn't give us any grief. In fact, my mom was interested in buying it so they had us bring her along and they made her purchase experience so great and gave her such a good price that she has nothing but good things to say about Gresham Weston Kia. She absolutely loves her Kia Sportage and the warranty she got will keep her safe and secure. Just a few days ago, I went back to Gresham Kia with my son because he was interested in a used car they had for sale. Again, what an amazing experience. I slipped back into old habits, though, and kept telling him not to get his hopes up. I said they would not give him a decent trade in value on his used Ford Ranger and they wouldn't go down in the price of the car. I told him that as much as I like Weston Kia dealership, that isn't how car dealerships work, generally speaking. I told him we would most likely need to sell the Ranger ourselves. Anyway to shorten this long story, Kia made me look like a fool. I'm saying that positively and light heartedly. When they came back with the numbers I about fell out of my chair. I could not believe it. As I"m writing this, I still can't believe it, even though I'm already a fan of this dealership. Not only were they fair, they were far more than fair. Once you are a customer, they work really hard to ensure you'll remain a customer. I also LOVE the warranty opportunity they offer for the used cars they sell. Buying a used car generally means repair in the near future, so the warranty takes the anxiety of that away. I also love their service center and their waiting rooms are so nice. I have never had a person be rude or short with me there, either! OH, and cherry on the top for me, they let me bring my little dog :). Yeah, I'm that person. I'm generally a hard person to please and it takes a lot for me to bother giving a good review. I will never buy a car from any place but Gresham Weston Kia. Thank you Weston Kia!! See you again, when we need our next vehicle! More

Service was ok but disappointed in the result. Kia burns 3 quarts of oil and needs plugs every 1000 miles per oil consumption test. Kia hands are tied they say and can't get my engine fixed unless it blows 3 quarts of oil and needs plugs every 1000 miles per oil consumption test. Kia hands are tied they say and can't get my engine fixed unless it blows up according to the warranty per class action. This is a very dangerous and expensive situation. Very frustrated! More

This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They have sold me a car for 60,000 and it has been towed in twice with 7000 miles. They say nothing is wrong.......yet it wouldn’t run?
