I was very impressed with how he handled not only the questions I had about all the used cars on the lot but also his willingness to spend time helping me pick out the car that is right for my family. He went above and beyond not only before but as well as after I picked a car out ( 2013 Ford Escape in ginger ale metallic) to show my husband and I how to operate everything in the car and even set up Sync for our phones for us. I will absolutely return just because of the great service that he provided us I felt very comfortable purchasing a car at Klaben Ford and will return for further car purchases!
