We met up with Salesman Sean Johnson who was outstanding and very patient with our questions (we were giving up a 2001 PT Cruiser that had seen its days) so there were lots of new bells and whistles going into a 2018! Financing process needs to be done faster. We were exhausted leaving Financing! Closing on our home went much quicker! We don't make quick decisions and Jennifer was accommodating and sent brochures home for us to review with regard to "extras". We appreciated that. More

Great Car, Not So Great Experience Yes, I am happy with my certified pre-owned purchase. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. My customer service experience, however, was Yes, I am happy with my certified pre-owned purchase. The car itself was exactly what I was looking for. My customer service experience, however, was lacking. After spending over 6 hours at the dealership and many apologies from my sales consultant (who admitted he was new and didn’t know many of the answers to my questions), I was hoping for a courtesy full tank of gas at the very least. The used car that I traded in had almost a full tank of gas and after asking my sales consultant (Jim Coyle) repeatedly, he would not send me off with a full tank... only half a tank. I have never heard of this and even in my experience buying certified pre-owned vehicles in the past, this definitely missed the mark. This small detail may seem simple and a tad silly, but it probably would have made the difference between an “okay” experience and a “excellent” experience for me. I can’t speak to the quality of my Subaru vehicle yet, but I am afraid I cannot recommend my experience at the dealership to others. More

Kevin G. not only was very knowledgeable about the used car I wanted to test drive (not a make normally carried by this dealership) but he listened to Kevin G. not only was very knowledgeable about the used car I wanted to test drive (not a make normally carried by this dealership) but he listened to what I was looking for in a car and recommended several other used cars on the lot that caused me some serious contemplation. He was great to work with during price negotiations and I never felt pressured. He explained in detail how the dealership arrived at it's prices, showed me data, and I felt he dealt with me fairly. He stressed the legal implication about temporary license plate display and even followed up on this matter 😀. More
