The moment we stepped on the lot we were greeted by the amazing, Alvin Joswick. He was so kind and genuine throughout the process—his even-keeled demeanor was a refreshing change from our prior car purchas amazing, Alvin Joswick. We had our two kids in tow and Mercedes-Benz of Portland never made us feel like they were a nuisance. We were all able to watch football and enjoy snacks while the details of our purchase were handled. We were treated with the respect from the entire MBP crew.
