Well it was all explained in the above email. The car is a blue Kia Soul, I have taken very good care of the car, and always had service on it, NOT at Kia which let me tell you I was lectured on which I don't appreciate. Some of us can't drive over to Kia for service and trust me, if my car was not under warranty or having issues, I would not have it in that service department. They fixed it 2 weeks ago, well I guess 3 weeks ago now. Of course they are telling me I need this or that done to it in which I just had new spark plugs and oil change, new tires etc. I know the inside looks awful, but it is a work car, but I take care of the care. The judging has been awful to say the least. I just want my car repaired and to figure out what is going on with the engine as it should not be happening. They way I have been talked to by the service department and treated like a low-class citizen. I was talked over, talked down to, treated like an idiot and I Have now rented a car for two weeks which I do not have the money to do. I have a disability and I am on a very fixed income. Now they want to drain my oil and make me drive my car for 1000 miles before they fix it. I have never heard of this, but how it was explained to me was rude and downright nasty. I am a very smart human being and I do have a warranty. There is no care in the world that I have to rent a car, there is no rush, and there is no customer service. I need the main manager to call me, not the service department manager, but her boss, as she had to state several times in the conversation that she is the manager. Manager that is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. I will not put up with this. I am ready to a step further if need be. I have no issue, I just want my car fixed and the warranty I paid for....I would like the manager to call me, 828-231-6949 Kim Smith
