If Jennifer Tucker was the young lady that waited on me at the desk she was wonderful! Polite helpful, gave me info I needed to know. Only this year it didn't pass and last year it did. So it makes me sound like I'm lying but I am not. After twice being built up and shot down over a repaint for my bubbling white Elantra, I at least found another Hyundai place who I hope will see the extended warranty through. I actually cancelled my appt to have the car reinspected because with all that has happened I am loosing my trust in you guys. When told it had to be inspected from scratch again I was afraid you would find something else to fix or charge me for... I went from being a real fan to not so much... More

Service manager Jennifer was wonderful. however, considering the trouble I was having with my santa fe and that there was a recall on it for the same thing happening to it, I was not aware however, considering the trouble I was having with my santa fe and that there was a recall on it for the same thing happening to it, I was not aware of the recall. They however did work on the vehicle that cost 1000.00 dollars before telling me I had to have the engine replaced. I'm happy Hundai paid for that but not happy about the dollars charged. They should have know about the recall and not done the work. it was as if they were trying to make money off of me. More
