My rav 4 car new car have knocking noise and I had been there for 4 days and they still can’t fix its and they don’t want to tell me what is they problem is . Went there to get a antifreeze leak repaired, Thank God my son ,a mechanic , came to the dealer to inspect the rear ac lines. Toyota Direct wanted to charge me $3182.00 to fix the leak. Turns out a $2.00 h my son ,a mechanic , came to the dealer to inspect the rear ac lines. Toyota Direct wanted to charge me $3182.00 to fix the leak. Turns out a $2.00 hose clamp fixed the leak!! I wouldn't purchase anything ever again from this fraudulent dealer. I definitely will never ever return to this dealer for anything,even though my car is still under warranty! More

I received a call from Toyota Direct on August 18 acknowledging that my issue was received from the Toyota Direct Customer Care Center and that Jeremy the service manager would be in touch by the end acknowledging that my issue was received from the Toyota Direct Customer Care Center and that Jeremy the service manager would be in touch by the end of the day. Today is August 28, still no response. Same as when I contacted them in February with another service issue. The grand expansion has profited the dealership at the expense of quality customer service. I never had issues prior to the expansion. More

The customer service was down right terrible. The call center would try to transfer you to your advisor, but if they didn’t answer they would tell you they will send a message to call back. They never call back and you have to call again and it’s the same thing. It didn’t help that after they got my car working, it was leaking coolant from something wrong that happened during the visit. Jeremy, the manager, was very helpful and made it feel as if someone wanted to help and let me know where the was and how long it takes. Yet, this happened after two days and 10 calls that said they left a message to call back. More

Vehicle was brought in with one issues that was quoted only a couple hours. The vehicle was at Toyota for 6 days out of 2 weeks and left in worse condition then dropped off. While speaking to the service team explaining the worsening issues and the unresolved issue they still wanted to charge more money. All the while no matter how many times we called, got transferred or left voicemails our calls were never returned. We took the vehicle back for recalls we were never informed of and told we the vehicle would be looked over again which no more answers were given as to why the vehicle was in worse condition then when originally dropped off. We are out over $1200 for the vehicle to have went from no ac to shaking and low power output. The last person who looked over the car was the most helpful and did keep me us in the loop but everyone else was miserable to work with. Very snappy, short and aggressive with communication. If Chuck is leading your case then you’re in good hands, otherwise take your vehicle anywhere else. More
