For the last two years, service advisor Jeremy Sullivan has done his best to meet all of his customers’ needs. A lot of times, they tell him just how tough it is to take time away from their day to get an oil change or keep up with routine car maintenance. Beginning Monday, all that is going to change. Thanks to the new Happy Hours program, Don Ayres customers can take advantage of the less hectic evening hours to get their cars tuned up. “We decided to extend our hours,” Jeremy said. “A lot of our customers work during the day and this makes it easier for them to get their cars in. If we can make it any more convenient, then that’s what we’re here to do.” Outside of work, Sullivan has little time to rest. As the father of a one-year-old son, he says he’s almost always on the move.

Working with Andy Hitzeman to purchase my new 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite was so easy. Andy has a great personality and was so helpful in walking me through all the features of this wonderful vehicle. I can't say enough kind things about him. He introduced me to Jeremy Sullivan in service so I would feel comfortable bringing my van in. I have a followup appointment with Andy next week to go over all the features again. He wanted me to drive it for a few days so I could get familiar. He will answer any questions I might have and make sure I am getting the most out of all the features. More

I have owned Honda's most of my life. I purchased a new 2020 Honda Civic EX last February, and was assigned to Jeremy. This visit was our first check-up. I can't say enough nice about Jeremy. He was very personable with me, and answered all of my questions. But, I do want to also tell you about all of your staff. They are all very helpful, friendly, and happy.
