For the last two years, service advisor Jeremy Sullivan has done his best to meet all of his customers’ needs. A lot of times, they tell him just how tough it is to take time away from their day to get an oil change or keep up with routine car maintenance. Beginning Monday, all that is going to change. Thanks to the new Happy Hours program, Don Ayres customers can take advantage of the less hectic evening hours to get their cars tuned up. “We decided to extend our hours,” Jeremy said. “A lot of our customers work during the day and this makes it easier for them to get their cars in. If we can make it any more convenient, then that’s what we’re here to do.” Outside of work, Sullivan has little time to rest. As the father of a one-year-old son, he says he’s almost always on the move.

Good experience with service I was there couple of week back for my new crv servicing. Jeremy Sullivan was the one assited me on the servicing. Don Ayres Honda Service My Husband and I have been loyal customers of Don Ayres Honda since 1973, starting with a Pontiac Ventura. Over the years we have purchased most of our vehicles from them. We currently own 2 Honda Accords, and honestly it is the only dealer we would ever consider. Jeremy Sullivan is an excellent Service Adviser and is always there with a smile to take care of us the second we pull into the garage area for service. Hands down, Don Ayres has the best service. Doug Settle, the service manager is also available within seconds if you have any questions or concerns. Recently, I had a first time ever, minor fender bender and the Don Ayres Body Shop fixed my car to perfection. I can't say enough good about this Service Center. More

Awesome place to have my car worked on I am moving to florida, I bought my car from Don Ayres, and have been taking my car there for 7 years. They are the best, they are fast, helpful, ans I am moving to florida, I bought my car from Don Ayres, and have been taking my car there for 7 years. They are the best, they are fast, helpful, answers all your questions, even concerned about your day if bad or good. I told the guys i was moving they even wished us luck, and have a good safe trip. How many times has a total stranger come up to you and said that. The only thing is i am hoping i find a Dealership in florida half as good as Don Ayres, The service people and mechanics at Don Ayres is second to none. And i would recommend them if i come across anyone that needs there car worked on in Fort Wayne Indiana. More

Excellent service I was in for the first oil change on my new CRV last week, I was very impressed with the Honda service department. From the ease of making the appoin I was in for the first oil change on my new CRV last week, I was very impressed with the Honda service department. From the ease of making the appointment to the friendly greeting I received when I drove into the service area. It was a very a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Jeremy addressed my concerns and explained everything to me when they were finished. I appreciated the fact that I was able to pay for my service when I picked up the car without having to go to talk to someone else. Jeremy was able to handle everything for me. More
