Not sure i got the best deal. Also didn’t get any ford credits, also we were using my husbands credits they werent applied. Sales rep was not honest about the vehicle I leased. I offered fair ideas for resolution and the sales rep (Dan) and sales manager (Brian), did not even discuss this with me. Told me to make a complaint I offered fair ideas for resolution and the sales rep (Dan) and sales manager (Brian), did not even discuss this with me. Told me to make a complaint with Ford Corporate. General Manager (Jerry) never returned my call or email. Will not return to Taylor Ford in the future and do not recommend them. Mistakes happen but they have no desire to fix the situation. More
