Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

We have purchased several vehicles from Arlington Hts. Ford over the past 15 years, including a new Focus, Fusion Hybrid, Edge, and Explorer ST as well as a used 2019 F-150. Our return to AH Ford has been Ford over the past 15 years, including a new Focus, Fusion Hybrid, Edge, and Explorer ST as well as a used 2019 F-150. Our return to AH Ford has been primarily related to the great maintenance by the Service Department. We remain very pleased with Jerry Hood, Mike Waddle, the other service writers, and the mechanics. I would just like to express my gratitude for the help that Luigi Alfano gave to myself and my son Jacob English during a very uncertain episode with his 2017 Ford escape. Luigi was very consistent and caring during the process of a third-party warranty issue. He was helpful at keeping us informed, and providing us with needed information and help with the engine replacement and repairs, He also helped with new tires and other repairs that needed to be made. I appreciate Arlington Heights Ford consistent customer service, and help now and in the past. - [ ] Once again, Luigi was very consistent, helpful, and made us feel as though we were alone during a time where the third-party warranty could’ve been very difficult to navigate.
