When I made up my mind to look at the new 2019 Foresters built on the new global platform I keep my sights on the least expensive package possible. My first purchase at this dealership was awesome with my 2016 Forester with many packages. Well not only did I get an excellent trade-in but I also got the 2019 Forester Sport with a huge discount off the sticker price that was in my budget. I got more vehicle than I thought was possible to fit my budget. Excellent interest rate, Excellent price, Excellent Salesman second time Mr. MCPO (retired) Jerry Johnson. This man keeps in contact with his customers and will let you know when the time looks good to trade if you want to. I said why not trade and all my expectations were met. This is definitely a class "A" dealership with a great staff that will work with you to get your business and make you part of the Subaru family. This is my second Forester and I love it. My wife still has hers so we have two in the family. Drive one you most likely will buy one. Thank you SOJAX for the great deal. I almost forgot to mention that the Service Department for three years for me has been excellent when it comes to service and keeping you on the road reliably. We test drove an Outback, even taking it on 295 so I could see how well it handled and we used the lane departure feature, cruise control feature and the eye sight technology. He spent a lot of time explaining each item and how it is used. I purchased the vehicle 2 days later. Once again he reviewed the use of all features in the car, had rain guards installed and hooked up my phone so it's hands free. I saw AJ Miller next for financing. He was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and made the experience as stress free as possible. My last 2 vehicle purchases were very stressful and I was nervous about going through a new vehicle purchase. This was not the case with Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Easy Ascent Purchase I had a great experience buying from Subaru of Jacksonville. I popped in on a Saturday for a test drive, and met Jerry Johnson. He showed me the mod I had a great experience buying from Subaru of Jacksonville. I popped in on a Saturday for a test drive, and met Jerry Johnson. He showed me the models I asked about, and explained the various features to me that I was totally unfamiliar with (eyesight and Starlink). There was no pressure from him at all, and I even told him I had to go look at another vehicle later that day. When I decided on the Subaru, I was able to negotiate the vehicle and price through email and telephone, and went in to pick it up the following Friday. The purchase process was smooth, the vehicle and paperwork were waiting on me to get there. Jerry was great to deal with, and has even followed up to see how the car was working out and if I had any more questions. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future for maintenance and to get some other options added to the vehicle. I imagine I will be making more purchase in the future as well. The more I drive our new Subaru, the more I like it. Even the kids are saying they like riding in it better than their mother's BMW. More

Our previous car was 12 years old, so buying a new car was a new experience in many ways. We had many questions about the car's new design, particularly the technologies built into the car. Jerry was knowledgeable about Subaru's car design and very helpful in explaining the car's features--physical and otherwise. In the end we bought the car in a different color because we didn't like the accompanying interior design. Despite this rather major change, we are very happy with our new Forester, which drives well and seems to be a well-built car. Throughout the process Jerry never pressured us to buy a car, he only provided objective information that would make it easier for us to make a decision about buying the car we wanted. We appreciated this approach and found Jerry to be not only a very good salesman but also a very nice person. More
