They were honest and told me that they didn't know but that they would be happy to research and find out for me! That is something that is lacking in many other car dealerships! I have bought many new cars in the past, and Crews Subaru was in the top two dealers that I have worked with! More

I dealt with multiple people at Crews, from friendly emails with Tracie in Internet Sales to straight-shooting conversations with Rhett at the dealership and over the phone, and on the day I bought our new Outback, Jerry and Pam also went out of their way to help me get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. At every step of the process, the staff and management of Crews Subaru were always willing to go just one step farther than my expectations. As long as I'm driving Subaru vehicles, I'll be buying them and servicing them at Crews. More

Beware of hidden issues on used vehicles Bought as close to new as possible off used lot with 4,700 miles and questioned musty odor coming from AC on test drive - salesman ignored my comments Bought as close to new as possible off used lot with 4,700 miles and questioned musty odor coming from AC on test drive - salesman ignored my comments - we bought car anyway and hoping it would resolve and only due to sitting on lot for 1 month only to discover the musty odor will not go away when AC is on.. Salesman suggested inserting a dryer sheet into cabin filter area to resolve ( cover up) smell. Several calls to several dealerships to diagnose issue - AC refresh required $150 service. Called dealership asking for $$ to remedy and they said NO. Told me what a great deal I received and questioned why I bought if I felt there was an issue. Would not recommend this dealership due to lack of service after the sale. Dealer did absolutely no service to this vehicle before it went on used lot. More
