The family you didn't know you had! I've been a member of the Younger Nissan family for well over a decade. I purchased my car there and have taken it for service every single time. I've been a member of the Younger Nissan family for well over a decade. I purchased my car there and have taken it for service every single time. Since 2014, I could not ask for a better, more professional team of friendly and dedicated men and women! I wanted to give special recognition to Jesse Careno, Sergio Pricepa and Doug Rice. These three gentlemen have always been honest, straightforward and polite with me. Whether the vehicle news was good or bad, and I can truly appreciate that. Honesty and professionalism are hard to find in the service industry and it's the main reason that I continue to visit their dealership. Our experience with Younger Nissan of Frederick was extraordinary. Destiny, Paige and Joey were awesome to work with. Destiny was patient and precise. Jesse the Service Manager is a BLESSING to me. I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just tou I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just touched my soul and I broke down crying because I was because I didn't know what to do or even how to fix my transmission financially. With his Blessed heart, I am now getting my transmission fixed and put me in a rental until my car is finished. He was very understanding, kindhearted and most importantly valued my commitment to his company which means the world to me because I love having my car serviced there. His heart is so Blessed. He made my horrific experience with my first car to a joyful experience. Anyone wanting to buy a Nissan or need their car serviced, Younger Nissan of Frederick is by far the best place to go. For that reason, is why I drive an hour away for their service. Wonderful service like this is priceless! More
