Jesse the Service Manager is a BLESSING to me. I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just tou I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just touched my soul and I broke down crying because I was because I didn't know what to do or even how to fix my transmission financially. With his Blessed heart, I am now getting my transmission fixed and put me in a rental until my car is finished. He was very understanding, kindhearted and most importantly valued my commitment to his company which means the world to me because I love having my car serviced there. His heart is so Blessed. He made my horrific experience with my first car to a joyful experience. Anyone wanting to buy a Nissan or need their car serviced, Younger Nissan of Frederick is by far the best place to go.
