Buick Rigal We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right ou We purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and Trent Nichols was our salesman and he was "very helpful" the service not so much. The Buick had problems right out of the gate. The battery was dead that in its self you cant tested for. However the tires were replaced and balanced but the balance wasn't right and twice we took it back to be rebalanced. They still were not right so I paid $40. to Discount Tire and in 15 minutes they found 2 bent rims. Now how can you balance tires 3 times and not see that the rims are bent. Joe Slaughenhoupt More

Friendly Service I was in Tucson for a convention when my Subaru began having electrical problems. Tucson Subaru got me into the service department quickly. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome not only to the dealership but to town. A special shoutout to Service Advisor, Jesse Friedman. He went above and beyond. It is really because of him that I took the time to write this review and why I will return to Tucson Subaru whenever I need Subaru Service during my yearly business stops in Tucson. More

Concise and Direct work I had been looking for a good vehicle for about 8 months and finally got the money together. I had been looking at this dealership for about a year fo I had been looking for a good vehicle for about 8 months and finally got the money together. I had been looking at this dealership for about a year for purchasing a WRX but knowing I couldn't afford a new one I went for their used car sales. I truly enjoyed the experience and the fact they had answers to all my questions was great. I ended up not buying a Subaru but they still gave me the best experience with any dealership I have ever had. I have dealt with about six dealerships so far and finding an friendly one after a visit of not buying a vehicle is rare. They work well with you and your schedule. I have a fond bond with their dealership and Ken Murch especially. He really worked with my budget, myself, and my cosigner who was skeptical of the vehicle but it ended well when I was able to purchase add-ons like an additional service contract which I had not been able to find anywhere else on a used vehicle that is not of the make of the dealership. I hope to do business again in the future when I decide to purchase my next vehicle. I also have to mention Jesse Friedman who had helped me solve any and all questions about the vehicle I had purchased. More

Great customer service! As a longtime Ford and Toyota owner, Subaru was new for me. I was looking for a vehicle with great safety features, 6-cylinder engine, sporty looking As a longtime Ford and Toyota owner, Subaru was new for me. I was looking for a vehicle with great safety features, 6-cylinder engine, sporty looking and roomy storage. Tucson Subaru came recommended by a friend and Subaru receives great reviews from Consumer Reports. Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all of the Forester & Outback features. Not pushy but informative and patient. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant at this dealership and cars were readily accessible to sit in and drive. . After much comparison shopping I chose the 2017 Outback Ltd. I was told it would be available at the end of January but Ken was able to get it to me by January 9th. Tim in Finance was also very helpful in providing me with purchasing and warranty information. Ken was thorough in reviewing features so that I was comfortable driving away in it. He continued follow-up with phone calls and encouraging me to return for any concerns. I can truly say that NO other dealership (do you hear me Toyota dealerships in Tucson?) came close to the personal attention I felt I received from Ken and the dealership staff. Thank You Tucson Subaru! Love my new Outback. More

Started off bad, ended in a very positive experience We test drove a few cars earlier in the fall and had a really negative experience with a different sales person at this dealership. When we were ready to buy, we called for an appointment. We spoke with Jennifer and told her we were anxious about having a repeat (aggressive and sometimes negative texting and calling after a test drive). She was great - very low pressure and assured us that wouldn't happen again. We test drove several vehicles, she priced out several options and presented them to us. We ended up getting two used (one nearly new) vehicle and traded in our nearly new Subaru. Traci helped us through the financial part of the purchase and was great - super friendly and great about presenting options. If it wasn't for the earlier, experience, I would rate the dealership a 5. More

I have always liked Subaru's, have owned for of them and have been especially interested in the Foresters. I have stopped by looking at the cars over the past few years a finally went in to meet one of the salesmen, Spence Bilbo. He was very patient and persistent so when I got back to Tucson I contacted him again and he found a nice car for me. After some serious negotiations we came to an agreement and I brought the car home yesterday. The dealership has moved to a new location since the last time I was looking for a car and it is modern, clean and seems to be a good place to buy a car. It is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson so that works in their favor! Seems to be a friendly place. More

My car was in the shop for multiple weeks and they never called me. Even when confronted with the lack of communication it didn't seem to matter. The problems were never fixed. As for the vehicle. Very poor quality. More
